All my thoughts, no sugarcoating

A good stay with spacious, clean rooms and gorgeous sea views. The staff were friendly. Breakfast offered an excellent array of options, with freshly baked pastries that were a highlight. The location is perfect for exploring nearby attractions, making it a great choice for families!

There where amazing beds and an individual safe, an air conditioning, and an iron in the double room. The hotel was in a stunning location just off Al Jubail Mall and other stores, the ministry and front the beach. Besides, it was easy to get to Karst Gallery...

A good breakfast surprise

Waking up early was rewarded with a good breakfast with local specialties. Every staff member wore a warm smile. The hotel's location allowed easy exploration of cultural hotspots.

While my experience was largely positive, the soundproofing could use improvement. I occasionally heard noise from adjacent rooms, which mildly disrupted my peace .

location: the hotel was just off the ministry of tourism, and a downtown area. also, it was great to be 10 mins walk from al jubail fish market. i truly enjoyed having excellent breakfast by good omlettes.

The location was amazing and marvellous, good in explaining everything & quick. It was also very close to Fanateer beach and Al Jubail Mall and the jubail corniche.

Why it's almost great (but not quite)

Amazing rooftop pool with beautiful views! The staff were cute, especially Mr Ayyaf and Mr Abdulrahman!

Noise from other guests interrupted the restful place occasionally.

Tidy, new-fashioned unit with great view, and really supportive staff. The breakfasts by good omlettes.

Housekeeping service can be slow, with delays until 4-5 pm!!! The internet connectivity on the TV is inconsistent, leading to unnecessary technician visits!!!

Oh how charming, I arrived to a long queue at reception and only one receptionist was available- good, not! The breakfast was more like an insult than a spread, and I expected at least a complimentary gesture given the inconveniences. My stay could have been splendid, but alas, it just woudl ve bee a dream.

Blimey, the rooftop pool was lovely, with a cracking view of the sea! Room was cozy but breakfast let me down. not many choices, mate. Still, the staff were proper friendly, so that made it a bit better.

the air conditioning was a bit noisy during the night. but the room was very clean and well maintained, the breakfast had amazing options, and the staff were extremely helpful. especially Mr Yousef.

Clean rooms with comfortable bedding create a solid environment for relaxation. The hotel's design includes connecting family rooms, perfect for keeping everyone close during your stay.

Encountered some hiccups during check-in that stretched longer than expected. Internet connectivity issues with the TV in one room led to unnecessary interventions, and the breakfast selection disappointed with limited options, lacking in variety and depth to match expectations from such a brand. While the setup is decent for families, it felt underwhelming for special occasions like Eid, which could have had a more festive dining experience.

The room was spacious, but the mattress caused back pain.
